toddler food: honey soy chicken and green bean pasta

You may have seen the honey soy chicken post I made last week? I mentioned I served it three ways; fresh out of the oven; in a toasted sandwich with cheese; and as a pasta.

The pasta was probably Harry's favourite way of having the chicken, why does that not surprise me?

Ingredients
(Makes 2 serves)

1 honey soy chicken drumstick (recipe here), remove flesh

1/2 cup pasta spirals
1/4 cup fresh green beans, chopped
1/4 cup broccoli florets, chopped
1 handful of cheese
3 tbs water or chicken stock

Method

1/ Cook your pasta in a pot of boiling water. Drain

2/ Heat the stock or water in a saucepan over medium. Add the beans and brocolli and simmer until cooked. Add the chicken pieces and toss to combine (be very careful there are no sharp bits of cartilage hidden in the flesh)
3/ Return the pasta to the saucepan, toss all ingredients together to warm. Remove from the heat and stir through the cheese. Serve
